I, as the artist, reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission as I see fit. If the commission has not entered the lineart phase, a partial refund will be given. If a commission is being lined, a minor refund will be given. If a commission has been colored, no refund will be given.The client is permitted to upload properly credited artworks to galleries WITH PERMISSION, however if requested by myself, MUST be taken down.The client is not permitted to alter the artwork to promote hate speech.The client is not permitted to profit off of the artwork (ie. selling it on merchandise) unless negotiated prior.The client is permitted to repost the artwork on social media WITH CREDIT.I, as the artist, hold the right to rescind a client’s right to use/post the artwork publicly.I, as the artist, may decide to post a client's commission on social media or utilize it as an example for future clients UNLESS the client requests upfront that it not be posted.By commissioning me, FinalShockdown, you agree to uphold and respect these terms and conditions.
